Dr. Connor Starr is a North New Jersey native, growing up in the small town of Vernon. Upon graduating high school he moved to eastern Pennsylvania where he attended East Stroudsburg University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Having an understanding and passion for the benefits exercise provides to our health led him to further his education at the New York Chiropractic College in the Finger Lakes Region of New York where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in December of 2018.
As a practitioner, Dr. Connor is highly motivated to inspire his patient’s to lead a healthy, active lifestyle while providing evidence based care that utilizes chiropractic manipulative therapies, myofascial trigger point therapy, functional exercises and more in order to provide safe, effective pain management. Dr. Connor has had the pleasure of working with a variety of age groups and abilities, working with each individual patient to create a treatment plan that maximizes their ability to function and quality of life. His academic interests include nutrition, neurology, and current chiropractic research. In his spare time, Dr. Connor enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Some of his personal interests include sports, mindful meditation and exercise physiology.
